Robinette is a "lifetime artist" working in many mediums. From
her paintings in watercolor, acrylic and mixed media, to sculpting
in metal, stone and bronze, from a very young age it's been a
journey of artistic passion.
Robinette was born in Anchorage, Alaska where her father was a
pilot in the United States Air Force. Growing up in a military
family was an adventure that took her through most of the United
States and Canada, but she and her husband have always felt most at
home in he West. Robinette married her high school sweetheart and
together they raised 2 sons, spending most of those years as a
designer and graphic artist for various companies. After attending
classes at the University of Santa Barbara she became increasingly
intersted in sculpting.
Moving to Sedona only fueled the fire. She was fortunate to
study under the renowned John Soderberg. Robinette now brings the
Wild West to life in her new bronze series"Luck be a Lady."
reveling in the elegance and glamor of the women from this era, she
has created a unique glimpse into the past.
