Deborah Copenhaver Fellows, "Footsteps to the Future" Boy Scout Sculpture Monument

December 2010 Bronzesmith cast Deborah Copenhaver Fellows life size statue “Footsteps to the Future” to commemorate the 100thAnniversary of Scouting in America. This is the Eagle Scout project of Will Reilly who did the structural engineering portion, and Paul Reilly who did the architectural design of this historic monument. Funds were raised through the Prescott Area Art Trust and the sculpture was a gift to the City of Prescott. It is placed at the corner of Iron Springs and Miller Valley Roads in front of Miller Valley Elementary School in Prescott AZ. The Outdoor Channel's tribute to 'Footsteps to the Future"

Many of you are familiar with the Eagle Scout project of Will and Paul Reilly that honored the 100th Anniversary of Scouting in America with a monument called “Footsteps to the Future”, by Deborah Copenhaver Fellows.  We wanted to share an article, video and photo gallery that was produced by, and is on the Outdoor Channel’s website. We are grateful to the many people that participated and supported this lasting tribute to scouting.
